Other Details to Note
Spread out across four thoughtfully designed levels, Cedar & Sound is made for both connection and quiet moments. Two spacious bedrooms with queen beds are separated for privacy — one on the first floor with a nearby full bathroom and access to the backyard, and the primary suite on the top floor with its own en suite bath. In between, an open-concept kitchen and living area invites slow mornings, cozy movie nights, or shared meals around the table. Step outside to your own backyard oasis with soft turf, comfy lounge seating, and patio lights — or head up to the private rooftop deck with stunning skyline views of downtown Seattle and the Puget Sound. Big windows and an end-unit layout mean plenty of natural light throughout. Warm, Scandinavian-inspired touches — natural wood, plush blankets, and thoughtful details — make the space feel like a true retreat in the city, and your perfect home base between the trees and the tide. A well-stocked kitchen with Bosch appliances, a 65" TV with Google Home, high-speed Wi-Fi, mini-split AC/heat, new LG washer/dryer, and a dedicated workspace all ensure a comfortable stay, whether you’re here for a weekend or a longer visit. We’re family-friendly (pack ’n play, high chair, baby gates — but not fully childproofed), with a guest street-parking pass and Light Rail just 4 blocks away for easy exploring (1 stop to downtown and 3 stops to the stadiums). -- • Pets: We love animals, but Cedar & Sound is not pet-friendly at this time. Thank you for understanding. • Quiet hours & gatherings: Strictly no parties or events. Outdoor quiet hours are 11pm–8am. • Seattle didn’t earn the nickname “Jet City” for nothing — our neighborhood is close to one of the city’s flight paths, like much of Capitol Hill. You may hear the occasional airplane overhead, mostly during daytime hours. Many guests find it just part of Seattle’s lively city feel.

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Located in Capitol Hill, one of Seattle’s most popular, loved, and walkable neighborhoods, our property Cedar & Sound puts you right in the middle of the city’s best food, coffee, and culture. With a Walk Score of 98 out of 100, you can step outside and immediately explore. Within just a few blocks, you’ll find some of Seattle’s best restaurants, cafés, cocktail bars, and boutique shops along the Pike/Pine corridor. Whether you’re looking for a casual coffee, a lively dinner, or a late-night spot, there’s no shortage of options. Daily essentials are just as convenient—local quality grocery stores (Trader Joe’s, Safeway, and Central Co-op) are all within a short 5-7 minute walk. Despite being so central, the home itself is set back away from the main street, offering a quieter, more relaxed environment when you’re ready to unwind. This also means that it has the best view in the area, looking directly downtown with an iconic view of the famous Space Needle and Pacific ocean (aka Puget Sound). It’s the perfect balance: energetic city life just outside your door, and a peaceful retreat to come home to.
